Early motherhood support that meets you where you are

1:1 MATRESCENCE COACHING + MOTHERHOOD MENTORSHIP

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and receive encouraging, personalized guidance to help you find more clarity and feel more confident so you can be more present in this season of motherhood.

If you need mental health support or you're in crisis: call the Postpartum Support International Helpline, the National Maternal Mental Health Line (US Only) or, in an emergency, call one of these crisis hotlines.

Compassionate Weekly Voice + Text SUPPORT as simple as messaging a friend

Whether you're:

  • Struggling with the pressure to get everything “right” as a mom (and you have the Google search history to prove it)

  • Trying to understand why you're also feeling anxiety, rage, or grief when you expected yourself to only be happy, grateful, and fulfilled

  • Feeling overwhelmed by all of the conflicting information you've been seeing online (or hearing from friends and family) and disconnected from yourself and what matters to you

  • Or simply wanting to be reminded you are not alone and your best is good enough

I will meet you where you are with honest conversation,
no-pressure opportunities for reflection, suggested resources,
and shame-free guidance aligned with your specific needs and goals.

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported
in the early years of motherhood

What you want to know

one-time weekly EARLY MOTHERHOOD support includes

  • Five days (M-F) of asynchronous voice note and text messaging via Telegram (a free, private, and easy-to-use messaging app)

  • A written summary of our week with highlights of our conversation, key insights and realizations, reflection prompts, links to any suggested resources, as well as details of any frameworks, tools, strategies, or action steps discussed

  • Opportunity to book follow-up week(s) at a returning client rate, if scheduled within the next 6 months, so you can continue coaching when it works for you

This is for you if:

You prefer scheduled, face-to-face video calls or in-person appointments and not flexible, in-your-own-time weekly messaging.

you're thoughtful + intentional

You know there must be more to motherhood than exhausting yourself trying to be the "perfect" mom and judging yourself for the ways you think you are failing.

YOU NEED SUPPORT THAT UNDERSTANDS THE REALITY OF EARLY MOTHERHOOD

You want flexible support that fits into your day, and for that support to come from someone who genuinely understands how this season feels.

YOU'RE READY TO trust yourself

This isn't a fit if:

You want to stop comparing yourself to other moms, quit over-researching and doubting your decisions, and reconnect to your vision and values.

inner work isn't your thing

You don't see motherhood as an invitation to your growth and healing, and you aren't interested in self-reflection, self-improvement, or breaking generational cycles.

You need support that you can block off on your calendar

you're not ready for action

You're only looking to vent and don't feel ready or willing to implement any mindset shifts, changes, or other supportive actions we discuss.

The weekly pace is comparable to what we might discuss in a 60-90 minute call, but asynchronous support is flexible, low-pressure, and I’ve designed it with real motherhood in mind.

You don't need the mental load of finding a time to get on a call.
You can message me on a babywearing walk or send me a voice note while your toddler is asking for snacks in the background.

I will check in a few times a day to reply to your messages, but you can message me anytime and as much or as little as you like (yes, even in the middle of the night when you are up with a baby!).

There is zero pressure to respond right away if you notice I have messaged you. I want you to feel comfortable messaging me whenever is best for you and I will do the same. This is the beauty of asynchronous  conversation!

Get support even when your day is non-stop caring for others

As a new mom, and even as a second-time mom, I needed more support.

When you don't have someone to talk to about it, it's easy to make the harder moments (the ones no one sees) feel like a personal failure. The split nights, the 3 pm overstimulation, the never-ending mental list of everything you need to do and wish you could do.

What I really needed in my most vulnerable moments was to know I wasn't alone in my feelings or experiences. I needed someone to help me remember I could trust myself, so I could embrace my season and who I was becoming.

Now, as a certified life coach and matrescence guide, with additional studies in perinatal mental health, maternal depletion, and nervous system regulation, I’m here to reassure you that you’re not doing it wrong.

If this season is asking more of you than you expected, it's okay if you need or want more support.

Questions + Answers

What happens after I schedule?

What happens after I schedule?

After you choose your week, you will receive an onboarding form to help me understand why you're seeking support and how you would most like to be supported.

Then, during your support week, we'll connect in Telegram daily. I will start by sharing my initial thoughts on the answers you provided in your onboarding form, and then we'll clarify any intentions or goals for our time together before having an open conversation. I'll ask questions to help you pause and reflect, and share resources and strategies aligned with your goals when appropriate.

When our week is over, I'll follow up with a detailed summary, so you have your insights and next steps easily accessible. And if you want more support after the week ends? You will have the option to book follow-up week(s) or explore longer-term coaching commitments (subject to availability).

What can I talk to you about?

What can I talk to you about?

You can talk to me about anything related to your experience of early motherhood!

You could use this week for:

  • Addressing a current area of struggle (identity shifts perfectionism, mental load, information overwhelm, changing relationships, boundaries, etc)

  • Exploring the context of your motherhood, the expectations you have, and the stories you are telling yourself

  • Making sense of your emotional experience, exposing unmet needs, and identifying supportive actions

  • Defining your values and parenting priorities and practicing making aligned decisions

Not sure if we can cover what you want? Send me a message so we can see whether this is a fit for you!

What makes this different than therapy?

what makes this different than therapy?

In general, therapy focuses more on the past, overcoming trauma, and treating mental health conditions. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or another diagnosable perinatal mood disorder (or if you need to process childhood or birth trauma), I highly recommend seeking support from a therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health.

Coaching, on the other hand, focuses more on the present and future. It’s most useful for personal growth, navigating life transitions, reaching goals, and solving specific problems. Some therapists are also skilled coaches. When interviewing therapists, you can ask whether they have this training or offer coaching.

My support is a blend of coaching and mentoring, which means I will hold space for you and ask thoughtful questions, and also share knowledge, tools, and personal insights when it’s supportive.

Therapy and coaching can complement each other!

  • If you're already in therapy, my support could help you build on that foundation.

  • If you’re not currently seeing a therapist, and it becomes clear in our work that therapy might be beneficial, I have a list of trusted referrals.

  • And if you've tried therapy before, but didn't feel like it helped? It could be you need to try a different therapist or type of therapy, or you might find coaching is a better fit for your needs right now.

What is your coaching style like?

what is your coaching style like?

Warm, encouraging, and honest. I’ll always validate your experience and then invite reflection, and I’m open to sharing from my personal experience and studies when asked or when relevant.

As your coach, my role is primarily helping you see yourself as capable of finding the answers within.

My process guides you from exploring context (current/past experiences) to gaining clarity (defining values and vision) and focusing on what is in your control (confident decisions and aligned actions).
