Tell me if this describes you…

There is so much you love being a mom, and you’ve also struggled with the demands of this season: the conflicting emotions, the overwhelm and overstimulation, the guilt of not being who you thought you would be or who you think you need to be.

You felt confident and capable before having a baby,
but you’ve doubted yourself since becoming a mom or adding to the family.

You miss the freedom and flexibility you used to have or the person you used to be.

And motherhood has been lonelier than you expected, even if you have friends with kids.

You don’t shy away from these conversations,
but at the same time, you want support that acknowledges what feels hard and also explores why and how to make it better because you know that motherhood is an invitation to growth and healing...

...and while you feel stretched by this season, you’re also learning so much about yourself and who you want to be, and you’re more inspired, creative, and ambitious than ever before.

Yes, that's me!

You want more from your motherhood

You want to feel more confident, more often.

You want to recover from hard nights and hard moments more quickly.

You want to be more present and fully experience the joys of this season.

You want to find more acceptance for who you have been, make peace with the ways you have changed, and figure out who you are now.

And more than anything, you want to trust yourself and who you are becoming.

I wanted this too, and it’s why I want to support you in your motherhood in a new way...

Whether you are postpartum with your first or second (or even third!) baby...

Or whether you are the mama of a toddler, a preschooler, an older child (or all of the above!)...

You are likely to experience new challenges, discover new opportunities for growth, and meet new parts of yourself that need your attention.

If you have found it hard to move through all of this on your own, please know:

You were never meant to do this alone.

It's life-changing, generation-changing work you are doing every time you choose to explore the question: what is motherhood inviting me to shift?

This fall, you can join a small group of mamas committed to doing this work and explore what motherhood is inviting you to shift with support and in community.

This is an in-depth program for the mom who is ready to move beyond surface-level “fixes” to better understand her experience of motherhood, to better support herself through it, and to trust herself in this season of becoming and being the mom she wants to be.

From September 8-November 16

Explore the why of what makes early motherhood challenging *and* the how of changing your experience

Each week will have a different focus, moving you from awareness → alignment → action.

Over 10 weeks (with two one-week breaks) we’ll dive into:

  • matrescence (of course)
  • your expectations and what is influencing your motherhood
  • self-compassion, honoring your emotions, and discovering your unmet needs
  • expanding your capacity and understanding the role of nourishment and the nervous system
  • your identity, vision, and values
  • mindset, subconscious shifts, and focusing on what is in your control
  • aligned actions and decision-making, boundaries and communication

(and more, based on the needs of the group!)

What's included: fits-into-your-life weekly audio lessons, reflection prompts, and voice and text coaching from me along with discussion in a supportive group chat, opening and closing calls to bookend our time together, and a special guest Q + A with Kim Perez of Root & Branch Nutrition.

This program is AI-free and based on my training and experience.

The messy middle of becoming someone new while caring for a baby or young children often feels lonely because even if you know there are other mamas out there who would understand and relate to your experience, maybe you aren’t connected to them yet or maybe you don’t feel comfortable sharing with friends who are in a different stage of life or motherhood…

…or maybe you have been secretly judging yourself for not meeting your expectations and staying silent about your experience because you think you might actually be the only one struggling (← that’s not true, by the way).

Moms need more opportunities to be in community, both to hear from other moms and to be witnessed in their experiences.

You’re not the only one who hasn’t “figured out” motherhood…

Stop asking “is it just me?”

I can tell you “you are not alone” but the shift happens when you can feel you are not alone as part of a group of moms who not only relate to your experience, but are willing to come alongside you as you find your way.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to feeling your best in this season, but understanding the context of your motherhood, the foundations of supporting yourself, and having space to identify what matters to you will change your experience of motherhood.

Move from doubting yourself, questioning every decision, and feeling unsure about who you are now to trusting yourself, feeling confident in your decisions, and more at ease with who you are becoming.

You get to feel good in your life and motherhood.

When I started working with Jenaveve, I was stressed about getting everything "right," and feeling like I was just failing everything. Jenaveve showed me the compassion I needed to realize that I held unrealistic standards for myself as a mother. It was a change in perspective that gave me permission to actually *enjoy* motherhood.

"Jenaveve created a space where it felt safe to explore feelings like mom guilt and self-doubt without feeling like I would be judged."

She has this incredible way of gently helping me notice the pieces I can’t quite see. This is actually my favorite part of the work we do. We can study this work so well intellectually, but it’s so much harder to hold up a mirror to ourselves. Jenaveve helped me find those blind spots with so much compassion and curiosity and never judgment.

"Every mother deserves the way you show up gently, compassionately, and deeply attuned to this work."

This group is not for everyone, but it is for you if:

You're not who you used to be, and not yet who you want to be either.

You would prefer to go deep with a small group (and not be lost and under-served as part of a bigger group).

You’re thoughtful and intentional, and you’ll take time to reflect on your experience and make changes  based on what you learn in the process.

You want to stop comparing yourself and trying to get everything “right” and move from trying to be the “perfect” mom to trusting the mom you are.

You’re ready to build community and be supported through your motherhood, instead of figuring it out on your own.

You share values with me and the moms in this group (like, you prioritize connection in parenting + you care about equality, justice, and human rights!)

You've been working on your mindset,
but it doesn't seem to help you consistently.

You’ve learned some skills to regulate your nervous system, but you still feel
very overstimulated.

You’re trying to be kinder to yourself,
but you worry whether you’re getting any of this “right.”

Together we’ll uncover what's missing, what matters, and what moves you forward.

I became a coach because I know what it's like to feel surprised by the first years of motherhood (and each new postpartum experience), to wonder if you're the only one struggling, and need someone to:

• meet you in the middle of your hard
• remind you of how capable you are, and
• guide you through finding your own best way forward

I am still in the season of caring for my babies and learning to better care for myself, of wiping their tears and meeting my own wounds in the process, of questioning who I am becoming and finding new perspective and purpose.

I've spent so many naps, nights, and weekends sharing, studying, and moving toward serving you in this way because I know what this season is asking of you.

This program is the combination of my learned and lived experience, and it exists because I’ve yet to come across this kind of comprehensive support in early motherhood, delivered in an intimate, high-touch way.

I want you to have the context, understand the foundations, and know the decisions you need to make to trust and support yourself through the early years of motherhood...and I don't want you to have to figure it out on your own.

I am in this work because I am *in* this work…

Kind Inner Voice is an audio-only series focused specifically on how motherhood is an invitation to self-compassion.

While there will be some overlap with this series in the beginning, Your Motherhood Matters builds on what is introduced in Kind Inner Voice and pairs support with community as you explore the context, foundations, and decisions that lead to a more confident, joyful and resilient motherhood.

The weekly audios will be between 15-30 minutes and include prompts to guide reflection and discussion. I’ll be in Telegram Tuesday-Thursday a few times a day to offer my thoughts on your reflections, answer and ask questions, and expand on themes that emerge in the group.

We can all learn from each other in a group setting, but you do not have to keep up with all of the messages, comment on every share, or listen to every voice note! (That's my job!)

You're more than welcome to focus on sharing your own reflection and any back and forth you have with me
. If there are messages I think might be helpful for everyone in the group, I'll tag them so you’ll know where to focus!

There will also be a dedicated tab for celebrating wins and shifts, so it will be easy to quickly cheer on others too!

What if I can't keep up and end up behind?

What if I can't keep up and end up behind?

I know this season is full! I'm intentionally keeping the audios short for this reason, and I've built in two one-week breaks you can use to catch up on lessons, reflections, or messages if needed.

Also, keep in mind you can bring your insights and questions from any week to the chat when you are able, and continue to work through the material at your own pace. (You are where you need to be and there is no need to rush.)

Is there additional support available?

Is there additional support available?

Yes! If you join early, you'll have one 1:1 coaching day in Telegram that you can use during the program or as follow-up support. And if you want to continue this work together, you’ll have the option of extending your support.

You deserve support and community in this season of becoming and being the mom you want to be.
